ORL Chairman Sen. John Danforth Joins Amici Brief in Tariff Case

ORL Chairman Sen. John Danforth has joined an Amici Brief in a case before the U.S. Court of International Trade arguing that President Trump's "Liberation Day" tariffs exceed his legal and Constitutional authority. ORL calls on congressional Republicans to take back Congress' authority over tariffs and return our trade policy to solid free market principles.
