Prescott, AZ – Our Republican Legacy, the national initiative committed to restoring traditional conservative values to the Republican Party, announced the appointment of Rick Dunn as its new Arizona State Chair.

A veteran of America’s energy and environmental sector, Dunn brings over 30 years of leadership experience across the Western United States and abroad, managing critical nuclear cleanup projects and advocating for responsible, effective governance. A resident of Prescott, Arizona, Dunn has spent his professional life focused on protecting the environment while upholding the values of discipline, duty, and results.

"Rick’s leadership reflects the best of our Republican tradition of public service and competence," said U.S. Senator John Danforth, founder of Our Republican Legacy. “His deep Western roots and decades of managing complex federal and environmental projects make him a strong voice for Arizona and a principled leader for our cause.”

Dunn’s career includes operating naval nuclear reactors with Westinghouse at the Idaho National Environmental Laboratory and overseeing cleanup at high-profile nuclear sites such as Rocky Flats (CO), Hanford (WA), and Sellafield (UK). He holds degrees in Environmental Management and Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado and a Master’s in Environmental Policy from the University of Denver. He also graduated from the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Power School as a civilian.

A proud supporter of limited government, fiscal responsibility, and American strength abroad, Dunn will lead Our Republican Legacy’s outreach, grassroots organization, and message discipline in Arizona as the movement gains ground ahead of 2026.
